Soul-Full
What fills your mind at any given time? What guides and dominates your emotions and choices? What creates a soul-full life or spirit? And, how does it enlighten your moments in life?
Soul-full habits are the core expression of how we share ourselves. Yet, we can easily get derailed from the daily input of noise, chatter, anger, repetition, and our natural habit of thin-slicing people we meet and interact with. Our almost contact internal “chatter” is registering if they are friend or enemy, then male or female, and possibly socioeconomic background, among others. In less than a millisecond, we are quick to see if they are like “me” or like “them.” Many of us believe we are super great at correctly reading micro expressions, status, power, and tone. We may even take a leap and try to interpret intent.
Soul-fullness is nurturing our personal awareness, taking pause, clearing the internal chatter, and swallowing a healthy dose of personal skepticism. Out of the humility comes awareness and connection.
We will share things you can do, see, feel, or touch that open your heart, quiet the mind, listen to the still voice, and soothe your soul. Join us as we create more soul-fullness in your life, your family, and community.
Take Pause.
Quiet the Internal Chatter.
