Transitioning to a primarily-plant based lifestyle can be a daunting task. It may take many attempts, a few failures, some awesome successes with dishes and repetitive learning to start thinking of yourself as a primarily plant-based person. I provide many tips and tools to help others navigate the plant-based world. There are live plant-based workshop offerings, recorded distance learning sessions as well as written materials to get you started.

Thinking of plants first on a plate is mind-bending. Let’s face it. Many of us grew up with deciding what meat will go on the plate, and what to match with it for a meal. Now, the focus will be on understanding your plate is your nutrition, your vitamins, fiber, color, and yes, joy in life.

The workshops are reasonably priced so anyone can take a lesson. There will be no coupons. No “one time ever” offers. Students either want to learn about plant-based because of whatever reason there is, above and beyond

These are full learning sessions, not cooking or demo sessions. I have other videos to offer you tips and techniques for cooking. The sessions are designed for students to discover where they are in, what they think and believe, what matters, and how to get started.
